To discuss or provide treatments safely, we may need personal information and, sometimes, information about your health. We handle it carefully and in line with the privacy laws that apply to us, including the Health Records Act 2001 (Vic) and, where it applies, the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

We respect your privacy. This page explains what information we may collect, why, and how to ask about it.

Our approach
Information we may collect
Depending on how you deal with us, we may collect:
- your name and contact details
- details of your enquiry or appointment
- information you give us about your health, medical history or whether a treatment may suit you
- records of treatments we provide
- photographs, where you have agreed to them
- our communications with you
- basic website and device information collected by this website or its hosting services
Why we collect it
We collect information to:
- respond to your enquiries
- arrange consultations and appointments
- consider whether a treatment is suitable for you
- provide treatments and keep a record of them
- contact you about appointments or aftercare
- meet our legal and business obligations
We try to collect information directly from you, and only what is reasonably needed for these purposes.
Photos, results and client comments
- We do not publicly use identifiable client photographs or comments without appropriate permission.
- Permission to use them for marketing is separate from agreeing to treatment. Saying no does not affect the treatment we provide to you.
- You can contact us if you want to withdraw permission for future use of your photos or comments.
- Not every comment we receive is published.
- Genuine before-and-after photographs are shown as they were taken. We do not materially alter them.
Sharing information
We share information only where it is reasonably necessary: with service providers that help us run the business (for example website hosting, communications, and booking or payment systems where we use them), with your consent, or where the law allows or requires it.
Website analytics and cookies
Our website and hosting providers may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site and understand how it is used. This may include information such as browser or device details, pages viewed and general website usage. Where cookie choices are available, you can manage them through the consent controls shown on the site or through your browser settings.
Promotional messages
Sending us an enquiry does not sign you up to marketing. Where we send promotional messages, they include a way to opt out.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. We keep records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet our legal obligations.
Access or correction
You can ask to see the personal and health information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it if it is wrong or out of date. We will respond in line with applicable law.
Questions or concerns
If you have a question about your information, or want to access or correct it, contact us:
- Phone: +61 422 038 570
- Email: kproclinic@gmail.com
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Health Complaints Commissioner (Victoria) or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
