Appointments & Treatment Policy

Some services may need a consultation or suitability assessment before we go ahead. Please give us relevant information honestly, including about your health and any recent treatments, so we can consider whether a treatment is suitable for you.

If you are running late, please contact us as soon as you can.

If you need to change or cancel an appointment, please contact K-Pro Studio as early as possible. Any specific cancellation or deposit conditions will be explained when your appointment is arranged.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Results vary between people, and no particular outcome is guaranteed.

Photographs may be taken for treatment records where appropriate. We only use photographs for marketing with your separate permission.
