To ensure fairness to all clients and our team, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: General Cancellation Policy: 24-Hour Notice: We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. No-Shows: No-shows will be charged a fee equal to 50% of the total service cost. Confidence Bundle Cancellation Policy: For our Confidence Bundle, we offer flexibility. You may cancel your bundle at any time within the first month of purchase. In this case, you will only be charged for the services that have already been provided.
